Aromatherapy and Essential Oil Course: $395.00 for the course, which includes the required book (paid in advance). A total of 9 Lectures of approximately 2 hours per lecture.

1) “Aromatherapy for Natural Health and Beauty” book by Cecilia Salvesen.
2) Certificate of Completion when questionnaire is completed and returned.

- Free Aromatherapy updated inserts which will be supplied periodically, when applicable.
Lectures can be watched in an individual’s own time, when it is convenient.
Lectures can be watched in segments as desired and need not be completed in one sitting (i.e., start and stop as time permits).
Complete the course in its entirety before raising questions as most questions applicable to this course will be addressed in the course materials.
All assignments, although important, are optional. Reading assignments are in the book and are very short. Assignments can be read or done in an individual’s own time.
OUTCOMES: Cecilia’s objective is to teach individuals about essential oils, aromatherapy, and carrier oils, and to offer them knowledge how to, if following her instructions, formulate, mix, blend and apply these essential oils confidently to obtain desired outcomes and benefits to assist with the relief of imbalances, blockages, and congestion. At no time are clients diagnosed, prescribed, or taken off their prescribed medication. Individuals suffering with medical conditions are advised to immediately seek medical attention.

ABOUT CECILIA, OWNER, FOUNDER AND FORMULATOR OF HONESTLY ESSENTIAL
Cecilia Salvesen is the author of You Become What You Eat, Aromatherapy for Natural Health and Beauty, and Healthy Lifestyle Guidelines. She is a therapeutic Aromatherapist and Reflexologist and holds diplomas in Complementary Medicine and other alternative modalities. In 1990 she established the Natural Health and Beauty clinic in South Africa, followed by Natural Health and Beauty Products in 1991 and the Natural Health and Beauty College in 1992, which she and her husband Errol Salvesen directed until they immigrated to the USA in 2002. She was a founding member of the Aromatherapy Society of South Africa and represented the Society on the Integrated Health Liaison Committee (which was a standing committee of the Chiropractors, Homeopaths and Allied Health Service Professions Council of South Africa), holding two portfolios as Liaison Committee representative and Education representative. She was nominated and formally gazetted as a member of the Standards Generating Body (SGB) for the Integrated Health Professions to write unit standards for therapeutic aromatherapy for South Africa. Cecilia served as an executive committee member of the South African Reflexology Society from 1990 to 2002. During that period, she held the portfolios of National Vice Chairperson for six years and National Chairperson for four years, being two terms of office. She was actively involved with different societies in negotiating with the South African government for the statutory registration of reflexology and aromatherapy in South Africa as legal professions and was the first President of the National Reflexology Association through which the application was made. In 2002 Cecilia was awarded Honorary Membership of both the Aromatherapy Society of South Africa, and the South African Reflexology Society in recognition of her valuable contributions to these societies. She also served as Vice President on the International Council of Reflexologists Board of Directors for fourteen years from 1999 until 2013 and was awarded Honorary Membership of this council as well. Cecilia is an international speaker on subjects related to health, lifestyle, nutrition, aromatherapy and essential oils, meridians, ten stages of disease, and other related subjects. She aims to share her knowledge and expertise with those who are interested in learning.
